Privacy Policy
Thankful Heart is made by RT Strategy LLC. We built it so your prayer life stays yours. This page explains, in plain words, what the app does and does not do with your information.
No accounts
You do not create an account to use Thankful Heart. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number.
No ads, no tracking
The app shows no ads. It contains no tracking or analytics SDKs, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone.
Your prayers stay on your device
Your prayers, highlights, notes, bookmarks, and settings are stored on your device. If you choose, they can sync between your own devices through your iCloud account (iCloud key-value storage). That sync runs through Apple and your Apple ID. We cannot see it.
Microphone and speech recognition
The Rosary has an optional auto-continue feature that listens for "Amen" so the next prayer can start on its own. Only while that feature is on and the Rosary is playing, the app uses the microphone and speech recognition on your device. Nothing is recorded, stored, or sent anywhere. You can turn auto-continue off at any time and pray by tapping instead.
Purchases
Purchases in the app are processed by Apple. For purchases made on the web in the United States, payment is processed by Stripe. Your access to paid features is managed by Adapty using an anonymous ID, not your name or email. We never see your card details.
Prayer calls (coming later)
When group prayer calls launch, call audio will route through our own server so people can pray together. Calls will not be recorded.
This website
This website has no analytics or trackers. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address the way any web request does.
Children
Because we do not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
